There are several locations for bankruptcy hearings throughout the state of Texas Colorado. Every consumer bankruptcy whether it is a Chapter 13 or a Chapter 7 has a "341" Meeting of Creditors. Currently "341" Meeting of Creditors take place in different location depending on which of the 4 bankruptcy court districts you reside. For example, if you are in the Dallas District, then your 341 hearing maybe held at: 1100 Commerce Street,

Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Grand Junction.
Depending upon the location of your residence, you could appear at any of these locations for your hearings.
